WOOLRICH ARCTIC PARKAWhile the snow has pretty much left us now for another year, the chill factor is still lurking around...selfishly robbing us of any chance of getting out the open toed shoes and jumpsuits in full glory! A/W09 has seen some of the most beautiful knitwear pieces and statement garments but alas these will not hold by themselves against the latest british cold snap and there is nothing worse than having to cover up a beautifully mastered outfit with jackets, jumpers and unattractive triple layers..its a sad fact but even the most stylish of us are beaten down by practicality! But there is a god!
It may be January but if you buy anything this month it has to be The Woolrich Artic Parka...its pretty hard to get your hands on in the UK but that just makes you want it even more ! I've had mine for almost two years and it is still going strong. This beautiful jacket not only looks good (SJP, Kylie Minogue and all fashwahs! at New York Fashion Week are fans!) but with Woolrich's 180 years experience in making these technical, durable jackets complete with a beautiful fur trimmed hood (faux fur is available) you couldn't find anything better to keep you warm and looking stylish!
There are a few independents stocking it but its hard to find so check out these sites and stores too....They are mainly men's parkas but personally i prefer this slightly loser, less tailored fit..and so does SJP!
